Setting up an account at an online casino is quick, but knowing exactly what to expect at each step saves time and frustration. This guide walks you through claiming free spins at Rocketplay, from registration to wagering maths, so you can start playing with confidence.
What You Need First
- A valid email address and a strong password (at least 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers).
- Proof of identity and address – typically a passport or driver’s licence plus a recent utility bill. This is required for the first withdrawal.
- Access to a payment method accepted in your region. Check the banking page for options like Visa, Mastercard, Interac (for Canada), and cryptocurrency.
- Your device – Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android. The site works on any modern browser; no app download is needed.
- A stable internet connection – 10 Mbps or faster is recommended for smooth gameplay.
- Optional: enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra account security. This can be set up after registration.
Step-by-Step Sign-Up
- Visit the Rocketplay website. Click the “Sign Up” or “Register” button usually found at the top right.

Wagering Calculation
Free spins are not free money – they come with wagering requirements. Let’s break down a typical example. Suppose you receive 50 free spins, each worth €0.10, giving a total bonus value of €5. The wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount.
Formula: Wagering turnover = Bonus amount × Wagering multiplier
Calculation: €5 × 40 = €200
You must place bets totalling €200 before any winnings from the free spins can be withdrawn. If the free spins have a maximum win cap (e.g., €20), that is the most you can convert to cash.
Real numbers: If you spin an online slot with 96% RTP, the expected loss on €200 wagering is €200 × (1 – 0.96) = €8. So on average, you will lose €8 of your own money while meeting the requirement. Always check the terms – some games contribute less than 100% to wagering, prolonging the process.
Safety & Licensing
Rocketplay operates under a Curacao eGaming licence. This means the casino follows basic security standards but is not regulated by stricter bodies like the UK Gambling Commission or Malta Gaming Authority. Important: for players in Canada, winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos may be subject to local income tax. You should consult a tax advisor. The site uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and all transactions are processed through secure gateways. The random number generators (RNGs) are tested by third-party labs, but the certification may not be as rigorous as in jurisdictions like MGA or UKGC. As a tip, always set deposit limits and use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings.

Worth Knowing – VIP & Loyalty Program
Rocketplay rewards regular players through a multi-tier loyalty program. Points are earned by wagering real money: typically 1 point per €10 wagered on slots, and 1 point per €50 on table games. Tiers include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier unlocks higher withdrawal limits, personal account managers, and exclusive free spins. The higher the tier, the lower the wagering requirements on reload bonuses. Some players report receiving monthly cashback of up to 15% at the top tier.
